Seeing as September is upon us, I'm giving those who order flat color commissions between now and October 1st, 2025 a free upgrade to a fully rendered commission! This includes ANY still commission type, including NSFW (as described below!). Unfortunately, it does not extend to animation at this time (Sorry!)

By requesting a commission from me in any capacity, you attest that you have read and agree to the following Terms of Service (TOS):
General Disclaimer
- I reserve the right to refuse a commission request for any reason. If I choose to refuse a request for any reason that doesn't include a breach of this TOS, a full refund will be issued.
- I reserve the right to discontinue a commission request for any reason. If I choose to discontinue a request for any reason that doesn't include a breach of this TOS, a partial refund will be issued.
- Disrespectful conduct will not be tolerated. If such conduct persists after one (1) warning, your commission will be cancelled without refund.
- If I find that a request goes against my Terms of Service, I reserve the right to cancel the commission. If the request has already been paid for in any capacity, the commission will be cancelled without refund.
- Commissions are done in the order as requested, unless any Client fast-tracks their commission at the fee defined on the specified commission listing.
- Listed prices on commissions and add-ons are non-negotiable.
- All discounts are at my discretion, and are subject to be revoked at any time.
- Licensing agreements, as listed below, are non-negotiable.
- I limit the amount of commissions I can receive per month. At this time, I typically open five (5) slots per month. I reserve the right to open more, or less, slots than typical at my discretion.
- All clients are required to submit at least one (1) reference. If no image references are available, you may contact me for a Non-Image Character Reference form, or fill it out here.
- This Terms of Service is subject to be changed, rewritten or otherwise modified at any time.
Types of Content the Client May Request
- Shipping content between any set of pre-existing and/or original characters of any gender that are canonically 18 years or older.
- Any human/humanoid, anthro/furry, animal or monster from preexisting and/or original content, in respects to what is allowed by the rightful owner of the original content.
- Mild injury and gore
- Clients must be 18 years old or older to request and will be required to provide proof of age for the following content:
- Content generally considered as not safe for work (or NSFW)
- Heavy gore
- Nudity, in part or in full
- Sexual and fetish related content (strictly at my discretion)

Types of Content the Client May NOT Request
- Any illegal content
- Any content glorifying offensive actions (i.e. racism/racist depictions, homophobia, sexism, etc)
- Obscene, excessive or hyper-realistic gore
- Characters from content that fall under any of the above categories
Any client that attempts to request or order content that falls under any of the blacklisted categories will be warned and/or blacklisted from commissioning me depending on severity. Orders and requests that are found in violation with this section and have already been paid for will be cancelled without refund.
Payment Procedures
- All payments must be completed in full before the commission process may begin.
- All payments and request orders, unless discussed and explicitly allowed by me, must be made via my official Ko-Fi page.
- At this time, payment plans are not available.
- All payments must be made in USD ($) at this time.
Refunds and Cancellations
- I reserve the right to cancel a commission if I believe the request is outside of my skill or comfort level, and the client will receive a full refund.
- The Client may cancel a commission at any time before work begins for a full refund.
- I reserve the right to cancel a commission before I begin working on it, and the client will receive a full refund.
- The client may cancel during the sketch or line-art phase of a commission and receive a 50% refund.
- The client may cancel at any point after the completion of the line-art phase of a commission, but will receive absolutely no refund.
- I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any point during the process for personal reasons. In the event of this happening, and no other clauses in this TOS apply to the situation, the refund will be issued in reference to the most accurate description of progress on the commission as outlined below:
- If the commission is to be fully colored and rendered:
- And the sketch is completed: 70% Refund
- And the line-art is complete: 50% Refund
- And the base coloring is complete: 30% Refund
- If the commission is to NOT be fully rendered:
- And the sketch is completed: 60% Refund
- And the line art is completed: 30% Refund
- If the commission is to NOT be fully colored or rendered:
- And the sketch is complete: 50% Refund
- If a commission is cancelled for violation of this Terms of Service or disrespectful conduct, no refund will be issued.
- If a client is deemed unreachable after three reasonably made attempts to contact them through the provided contact information, the requested commission will be canceled and no refund will be issued.
- Clients are not permitted to cancel a commission after accepting a finished product.
- Any chargebacks filed without prior contact to me to resolve the situation will result in the client immediately forfeiting all rights to previously commissioned content from me or the Mister Mysteria brand, as well as a permanent blacklist from commissioning me and accessing any of my exclusive content.
Revisions
- In order to ensure clients are pleased with my work, I typically allow for revisions under most circumstances.
- I will allow major revisions at any point before the line art is finalized. After this point, any requests for major revisions will be rejected.
- I will allow requests for minor revisions up until the flat color version is finalized. Any revisions requested during rendering or after the product is accepted as complete will be rejected
- I reserve the right to deny requests for revisions that I find to be unsuitable or unreasonable.
Licensing Agreements
- All commissions, unless otherwise specified, are for personal use only.
- A Licensing upgrade can be purchased at any time after the commission process is complete. Pricing on licensing upgrades is subject to vary.
Personal Use Licensing
- The client may post a commission on their personal social media accounts as long as credit is provided to me as the artist via reposting my contact information with the art, or tagging my social media profiles in the post. This also includes using the completed commission as a profile picture, avatar, or background on public or private websites and devices.
- This does NOT apply to accounts made and/or used strictly for business purposes only.
- The commissioned work strictly may not be used for commercial purposes, including for-profit and non-profit merchandise, selling, trading, fundraising, or advertisements, nor may commissioned work be used for NFTs, cryptocurrencies, other block-chain related technologies, or training, storing and/or reference in AI databases.
- The commissioned work may not be altered or reused in anyway. This includes tracing, using the commissioned work as a base
- I retain all rights to display any commissioned work under this licensing, in part, or in full, as well as at any stage of the process.
Commercial Use Licensing
- The client may use the completed work for commercial purposes, such as merchandise, advertisements, selling, etc., as long as attribution to me is provided.
- The commissioned work strictly may not be used for NFTs, cryptocurrencies, other block-chain related technologies, or training, storing and/or reference in AI databases.
- The commissioned work may be altered slightly, as long as attribution to me is provided.
- I retain all rights to display any commissioned work under this licensing, in part, or in full, as well as at any stage of the process.
Full Licensing
- The client may use the completed work for any possible use, as full licensing provides complete ownership of the completed commission. Clients that purchase full licensing rights will be added to a separate commission bracket, and commissions under this category are prioritized.
Commissioning Process
- When placing an order for a custom commission, it is the Client's responsibility to provide adequate details and references. Clients are NOT required to describe pose or composition, but are welcome to if they so choose.
- All commission requests are required to include references. If references are not provided at the beginning, I will contact the Client to obtain references.
- Clients that do not have preexisting image examples or references are required to fill out the Non-Image Character Reference Sheet. Clients that DO have preexisting image examples or references are welcome to fill out the Non-Image Character Reference Sheet, but are not required to do so.
- All commissions must include relevant add-ons. Commissions that request add-ons without them being paid for may result in the commission being cancelled without refund.
- Commissions are typically completed in the order they are requested.
- The only exceptions to this rule are if the Client requests a fast-track commission (at an additional fee) or if the Client pays for the full licensing for the commission.
- I will contact Clients with information about when I may be able to start working on commissions as soon as possible. I will also inform clients of any delays that may arise.
- Clients will receive regular updates once I have begun work on the commission. At the end of each stage (Sketch, Line Art, Flat Color, and Rendering), the Client will receive the un-watermarked version completed stage version for approval.
- No work will be done beyond a completed stage without approval. Clients that become un-reachable (as defined earlier in this document) will have their commissions cancelled, and no refunds will be issued.
- At the very end of the commissioning process, I will ensure that the Client has received an image of every completed stage of the commissioned work in high quality png images that are 300DPI unless otherwise requested.
- All completed works will be delivered strictly by email. No physical product will be delivered, unless discussed prior to the commission order being placed.
